I’m having ac problems and someone referred me to these ppl. I took my car there yesterday and the guy at the front told me they wouldn’t get to it yesterday and asked was I going to leave it or asked did I want to bring it in this morning. He informed me they open a 7:30 and I told him I’ll have it here as soon as I can. He even asked the make and model of the car as if he was really interested. Well today 7:45 I go in after driving from out of state and he tells me I’m sorry we’re booked today and we won’t get to it until tomorrow. What was the use in telling me to bring my car in when you can’t honor your word? That’s not how you do it! Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the disservice I received.
