Our parking lot behind a small retail building in Phoenix had faded badly from the sun and started cracking near the entrance. RDZ Asphalt Repair & Sealcoating resurfaced the worn sections and applied sealcoating across the lot. After it dried, the pavement looked darker and more uniform again. Customers pulling in now notice the difference right away.
Great asphalt maintenance company. Did seal coating for a big lot. Management was and satisfied with the project and custumer service. Road Tech was very responsive to any questions when on-site. Roadtech was nice enough to give us good drone footage too!
Caleb and Sam did a phenomenal job. Communication and the scope of work met my high standards, on top of everything else the job was done in a timely manner. Overall my experience with Road Tech Paving was a breeze. I am definitely referring them to anyone that needs any seal coating or asphalt work!
