I’ve been coming here for years! I’m someone who constantly breaks phones — bad luck I guess? I’ve had so many different iPhone models, battery repairs, screen repairs…and Adam always hooks it up! Fast service, reasonable prices, and all-around great energy. I will never go anywhere else as long as I’m in Phoenix. He’s the guy!
I’ve gone to Elite Tech Repair in Phoenix twice to get my iPhone screen replaced. The service is quick, friendly, and done with expertise. The first time I went he was about to close for lunch and he took my phone anyway and worked on during his lunch. I’d highly recommend Elite!
Adam was very professional didn't up sell me on the repair. He could have just swapped out my charging port and charged me full price but instead he was able to salvage the old port. He then told me to pay less than I was quoted stating he wouldn't want to charge me for something not necessary. 100% going to him for any future electronics repairs. Honest business practices and professionalism which could be hard to find nowadays.
