They were so communicative about how to fix up my beloved chanclas with a broken buckle. They had a few options for new soles with proper grip and were very professional. The price was fair and she even gave $10 off when I came to pick up! I love how my sandals look and so relieved that their life has been extended after. After wearing them a few times now they are in good shape and the repair was done well. support ur local cobbler!

Oh my goodness I came in to have holes added to my Birk straps and she did it for free! She said it’s a special until the end of the year. Then I insisted on giving her a tip and she tried to tell me it was too much. Incredible service, so kind.
