Good price for their appraisals, but be advised they will likely not pass GIA inspection. I bought an appraisal and they were off by 50% of what GIA said for diamond weight. After bringing this up to them, no refund was offered, but I was told (rudely) basically GIA has their opinion and Rick's Jewelry has theirs. While that might be the case, the latter's opinion was used on a signed appraisal to sell items to my customers who now think poorly of me. Buyer beware.

During the pandemic, I received the most beautiful ring as a present. Many places were closed, but that didn't matter, I'll only take my items to Rick's. They adjusted it to fit, while making sure to follow all guidelines so we were all safe. I wouldn't take my jewellery anywhere else. They are professional, give you personal attention you'll never get at a big store, and you find unique items in the store that you can't get other places.

I'm so thankful for Rick & Tracy! Through many life challenges & triumphs they have had my side as my jeweler but also at a personal level for 11 years and going. I won't go anywhere else - I'm just in love with my ring...my necklaces I've gotten from their store...and in love with everything they stand for. You won't be disappointed.
