Very satisfied! Quick response to my phone call and responded to our house the same day we called. Removed the nest of yellow jackets from under a bush without damaging the plant. Very friendly and explained his 30 day guarantee policy. I would highly recommend him!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Josh. I am not one to deal with bugs nor do I deal with things I can easily pay someone else to deal with. That being said, every interaction with this company has been great. His response time to messages and inquiries is impeccable, he gets to you quickly, explains everything / answers every question, and communication is top tier. He goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction with his work and to ensure your problems are taken care of.

Crazy fast response time and very professional. We noticed a hornets nest in a tree above our driveway and he was here within an hour of first contact. He eliminated our problem quickly and even asked if my kids wanted to check out the nest after he removed it. We would happily use his services again and highly recommend him!
