Rich's Appliance Repair

My washing machine stopped working and I had no idea who to call so like most people I searched on google who to call. “Rich’s Appliance Repair” showed up in my search, I read a couple of the reviews which were great and decided to call. Rich’s wife answered my phone call and she had Rich out the next day, she was very kind a helpful, they make a great team!“ Rich came out to my house was extremely knowledgeable he came prepared with the possible part needed and he fixed the problem in a matter of minutes! He even walked through a cycle on the machine to make sure it worked. I will call him for all my repairs from now on. He has an abundance of knowledge and is very fair on his prices! Very satisfied!

Rich is the best. Personable, professional, knowledgeable. He’s been at this for 30 years. He delivers excellent small town service at a reasonable fee. He knows his business. He let us know the part we should order for our particular fridge issue. He told us the usual price ($85) but said to look around on the internet. We found the part on an appliance parts site (not Amazon) for $10 and took a chance, knowing it might not work, but it did! A bonus is that he’s just a really nice guy, pleasant to have in your home and…he’ll love your dog!
