MSI Richmond

MSI was recommended to me for my countertop and backsplash refresh. I went there with a vision of what I wanted (after having visited other stone warehouses and not fulfilling my vision). I was greeted by design consultant, Brittany Sanderson. I described my vision and showed her a picture of my kitchen. She grasped what I wanted and directed me to the perfect stone. I was free to roam the warehouse to view other possibilities, but I chose what she showed me in the very beginning. I highly recommend MSI and Brittany!

STAY AWAY - Extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the product provided. The slab we purchased was not suitable for its intended application. Shortly after installation, the countertops began staining, and the silicone used to attach the backsplash started bleeding through and becoming visible on the surface. These issues indicate that the material was inappropriate for this use and that proper guidance was not provided at the time of purchase. I reached out multiple times to ask whether there were any mitigation options, but received no response. By the time it became clear that no support was coming, the issues were no longer fixable without significant replacement and cabinet repair costs.
