Jackie arrive within the projected time frame for my service. Knowledge and professionalism were noticeable as soon as the diagnostics began. Unfortunately for me the projected repairs were going to cost roughly more than 60-70% cost of a new washer. I’ll definitely use and recommend RHODY REPAIR for any appliance services in the future.
This is a continuation to Roadys reply pretending like we were contacting the wrong business.... I assure you we are contacting the correct business simply because this is where we got the phone number to call you and text you numerous times after you're inexperienced tech left. Absolutely Horrible service. They sent an inexperienced tech who completely misdiagnosed our appliance, after numerous phone calls back and text messages not a single return call. They literally ghosted us, tried to give them the chance to fix it . On top of being completely unprofessional they clearly don't know what they're doing. We had another company come out and tue appliance was fixed and literally 4 minutes.
Had a dryer issue on Sunday, sent them a message and was great to use text messaging to book an appointment on Monday for service Wednesday. Well, no one showed up, responded to my texts, calls, or emails. So much for thinking this was an easy experience. Zero communication (and dryer still broken).
Jackie was very professional and explained everything from beginning to end. Jackie's knowledge and expertise is outstanding. Thank you for the suggestions for the lint tray and cleaning tools. We ordered them. We are so pleased and Rhody Appliance repair will be our go to for service. Thank you so much RHODY APPLIANCE REPAIR!!
