Frank called said he was ahead of time could he come early, I was like sure ! He was a very polite young man. He fixed my gas range and washer. Was Pleasant the whole time. I was pleased with his work and price. I will def use them again
Such a great experience from start to finish. Willow and Frank were incredibly kind and easy to work with. Frank came out very quickly, and fixed the issue just as fast. Not only efficient, but genuinely nice—something you don’t find often. I truly appreciate the service and feel lucky to have found my new go-to repair person. Highly recommend!!!
Frank was wonderful!! He was fast and efficient with firing out what part I needed for my washer and what started out to be a 150$ fix ended up being a $13 repair!! And then he sent me to Trible’s for the part and they were wonderful as well. Thanks Frank!! Yer the best!!🩵⚡️✨🙂↔️💫
Frank saved our Thanksgiving! Our oven was having some quirky issues and someone referred RI Appliance. I gave him a call and unfortunately we live outside of the area he covers. He could’ve easily said bye after he realized how far I was, but he asked what the problem was and had me send some pictures over. Over the span of a few hours he helped me troubleshoot over the phone and we figured it out! It’s hard to find truly helpful and kind people these days. I would 100% this business to anyone who is in need of appliance repair.
