The gentleman was amazing! The screen on my Macbook had broken and he fixed it the first time within the time frame he had stated. When I went to pick it up, it was better but there was still issues with the screen (it turned out to be a faulty screen and was not at the fault of the gentleman). He was so professional and took the computer back and got it fixed for me at no additional cost! I highly recommend coming here for any of your computer needs!

Very knowledgeable and kind man. I was in the area and visited this store on a recommendation from my boss. I was looking for a power cord to my Dell laptop (after 2 other computer stores had told me that I would have to order one and it may take a while to receive the power cord). This store luckily had a Dell power cord that worked with my computer. From what I am told, a generic or any other name brand cord does not work well with Dell laptops (and maybe all Dell computers). I am thankful that this store just happened to have what I needed. It is worth stopping by to see if this gentleman has what you need or can help you out.

He upgraded my slow and unusable laptop and now it runs lighting fast! It’s like a completely different machine after he upgraded the RAM, replaced the damaged hard drive with a SSD, and removed all the unnecessary manufacturer’s software that was hurting its performance. Very fair price, excellent customer service, and he works very fast! I’ve been here several times, and this is the only place I will be bringing any of my equipment in the future! Highly recommend!

Best PC repair experience I’ve had, problem experienced for months was fixed while waiting and no priority service premium charged. Small retail shop a challenge to locate, but results well worth time & effort to find.
