Very helpful, courteous service to repair a swivel armchair. I brought the chair to Rex's to find out if it could be repaired. Staff carried the chair inside, checked it, and repaired it all in the same afternoon. Impressive and I would highly recommend.
Nearly two decades ago, I bought a swivel-and-rock armchair from a thrift store that I absolutely loved. Over time, the fabric and foam started to break down, and I couldn’t find another chair I loved as much. I reached out to Rex’s to see if they could rebuild the foam padding and reupholster it. From my first contact through to delivery, I was beyond pleased with the entire experience. Nicole took the time to help me choose the right fabric and even taught me how to read sample labels for durability. She ordered samples for me to take home so I could see which would look best in my space. Rex’s was clear about the timeline and pricing, and the results are truly top-notch. My beloved chair looks and feels brand new again! I highly recommend their services.
Rex’s Upholstery was amazing. We weren’t sure we could salvage one of our mom’s favorite couches, but they steamed the cushions and her 24 year old Broyhill is as comfortable as the day they brought it home! Thanks Rex!!

Just redid two chairs that have been in my family for over 100 years. They look fantastic and are so comfortable. Can not recommend them enough.
