Eberts Heating and Cooling

We are very pleased with our service technician work today. Eric was very helpful and informative. He gave us incite to things that we were never aware of and we've been a geo homeowner for 20 years. I think he deserves a big Christmas/ New Years bonus, if you do that sort of thing.

Technicians were courteous, professional, and thorough. Our house is very old and no installation or repair is ever straight-forward. They explained every change in plan and made sure every aspect of our new furnace and its duct work was optimal. The owner inspected the finished product and even sent a technician out at the 6 month mark to make sure it was running the way they expected. We have been very satisfied with both our furnace and their work.

The blizzard of Jan 2026. My furnace went down. Everything that Eberts advertises is true. They answered my initial call promptly. Within a reasonable timeframe they came out to check my furnace. It was only 66 degrees in my house and it was like -7° outside. They resolved my problem within 1 hour. My furnace is working better than ever! All staff from Eberts are kind, efficient and empathetic. THEY GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO DO THEIR JOB!

Had a blower motor go out in the early morning. Left a message for them and told them what the issue was. They promptly called me back and had someone here within a couple hours. The tech was very efficient and got the job done within an hour. Will definitely be using them in the future if we have any HVAC issues. Also, the job was reasonably priced. A+ guys!!
