Had a blower motor go out in the early morning. Left a message for them and told them what the issue was. They promptly called me back and had someone here within a couple hours. The tech was very efficient and got the job done within an hour. Will definitely be using them in the future if we have any HVAC issues. Also, the job was reasonably priced. A+ guys!!
I can’t recommend this company enough. Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year and they not only came after hours due to burning smell, but came the very next morning to get started and had us with heat as quickly as possible!!! Chris was amazing! Friendly and professional… I will definitely be using this company for all my HVAC needs as this was our first time needing service.
The blizzard of Jan 2026. My furnace went down. Everything that Eberts advertises is true. They answered my initial call promptly. Within a reasonable timeframe they came out to check my furnace. It was only 66 degrees in my house and it was like -7° outside. They resolved my problem within 1 hour. My furnace is working better than ever! All staff from Eberts are kind, efficient and empathetic. THEY GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO DO THEIR JOB!
