Restivo's Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Restivo’s because I was concerned that my boiler was turning on & off before thermostat temp was reached & I realized it had not been serviced in a while. Quentin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. He showed me exactly what he was doing & explained how the system works. He changed filters and cleaned what needed to be cleaned. He also suggested other options to heat my home that are cheaper and more environmentally friendly. I was glad I called him & very impressed with the work.

We had a furnace installed last week after the blizzard. A crew of very friendly guys showed up and explained what they would be doing. Within a few hours they had everything installed. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the burner out of the box but Nick sent out their service tech to adjust it. It didn't work well, it kept shutting off. They sent a tech out at 9pm to repair it! The tech did a thorough job diagnosing the problem and inspecting the components, but unfortunately it had to be replaced, but I had heat for the night! The next morning, the crew showed up with the installation manager and swapped the burner out and everything worked flawlessly! Thank you to all of the crew who worked on the furnace and burner and thank you to Nick Restivo for taking great care of us!!

I would highly recommend Restivo's for any of your Heating and Cooling needs. My mom had lost heat over night during one of the coldest days in February. We had contacted several heating companies and were given different quotes to just come out and identify the issue. Restivo's came out within 1 hour of our call and did not charge us for an evaluation. Jack the owner came out personally himself and gave us a very fair and competitive quote. Due to his professionalism we decided to move forward with the installation on a new High Efficiency system. Restivo's was back the next day and worked around the clock to get the system up and running. The team was all very knowledgeable and efficient.
