James is absolutely amazing and awesome! I sadly didn't get to interact with him much since he was super busy, but I dropped my PS4 off with him because it was starting to sound like a jet taking off and in only two days he had it back to me sounding like brand new! He was super friendly and kept me in the loop of what was going on. His price is super reasonable and he definitely knows his stuff! Definitely will count on him to fix my stuff from now on in the future! =)
