Having been the owner of small businesses many years myself, I always put the customer first. I had almost thought this had become a thing of the past until working with Dustin. From the time I talked to him on the phone until the time he came out to fix the problem he was very professional (returning phone calls, being on time, analyzing the problem and having everything he needed to fix the broken underground wire with him). I would recommend him for any electrical problem you may have. Even though it was Friday and his men work a four day week, Dustin came out himself to do the work. That’s being the owner of the business. Many times the owner of a small business pays his employees at the end of the week and they make more than he does, but that is business and you have to love your business to stay the course and I feel that’s Dustin. I wish Dustin and his family nothing but success because it takes the understanding of the whole family to succeed.
