So to sum it up go with someone else and save yourself the hassle and incorrect work. Looks like court paper will have to get drafted for the incorrect work that was done and paid for in full as owner has secretary do all the talking. So after 2 years and still no solution your consumers can now know the quality of work and employees this company stands behind. They Installed furnace and ac. End of 21. 18k job. Ac was dented bad just installed it, humidifier I had to tell them it was installed incorrectly via the directions, which they fixed however then the humidifier filter was then nearly impossible to remove. Upon install they got water onto a water heater sensor causing brand new water heater to not work, had warranty assumed it was all taken care of, over 9 month later then they sent a bill, said they do not do warranty paperwork. The excuse given was employee who did job had health issues and they had just got paperwork from him. After owner came about humidifier filter it then leaked water after having me have to fix it properly. Water heater quit working again, Manufacturer walked me through diagnosing it. Solution point a fan at the base as there is a safety switch and if damp at all water heater will not work. Was due to water logged safety sensor so they fraudulently and incorrectly diagnosed a circuit board as issue which Rheem covered and sent and didn’t need, still in the box and still to this day want $179 for misdiagnosis of the water heater. So instead of turning them in to the manufacturer I just let it slide. Which I now regret. They Added ductwork to a room that didn’t have any at same time as new heating system install. This large room stays 10 degrees colder in winter and 10 degrees colder in summer with ac as ductwork was undersized and ran incorrectly, never scheduled a time to fix although their solution was install booster fans and have me run electrical vs fixing correctly which was never done either and I paid in full. Translation we got paid who cares. Furnace is now short cycling after 3 years struggling to heat house and they refuse to look at it over the above mentioned matter. Said their 10 year warranty isn’t by them and they only offer a year warranty, I am on a do not work for list over there misdiagnosis and billing mishap they expected me to remedy when their employee didn’t even give them paperwork for over 9 months later and didn’t even need work, something someone in that field should be well aware of one would think.
