Justin and his team were excellent. I had a roof leak and he stopped by within 24 hours of oue initial discussion. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After agreeing to the repair, some of the supplies were going to take some time to arrive. Justin had the damage covered so no more water would enter. Then a week or so later his team removed the damage and repaired the roof. The whole experience was excellent. We will definitely be reaching out then again.

Real1 has a very professional and expert team. They were able to help with lots of advice and options on how to best do some roof repairs and upgrading the roof along with gutter and attic insulation upgrades. Furthermore, they added some great additional storage space in the attic along with attic stairs which is fantastic! Fair pricing and transparent overall on what was possible to do and never tried to upsell anything beyond from what we wanted. Would absolutely recommend Real1 Construction services!!
