I purchased a Tinyhawk III Plus HD Freestyle on RC-N-Go's website. It was simply the best deal I could find at the time. Not thinking anything of it at the time and having never heard of RC-N-Go, I placed the order. Unfortunately it arrived defective. I read up on RC-N-Go's support and recommendations for RMAs. To be though I opened a support ticket with EMAX and emailed RC-N-Go. It is well over three weeks with out any reply from EMAX or any updates on the support ticket. Leanna Rivera from RC-N-Go not only replied to my email promptly (even over the busy holidays) but provided excellent support and communication. Before I knew it a replacement had arrived and was working fabulously. Thank you so much for providing excellent customer service and support! RC-N-Go has earned our top spot — it’s the first store we check when we need anything RC!
