Rapid Response Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

This group was one of three that I called. First, they actually answered the phone and didn’t use an AI agent to screen their calls which was exactly what the other two did. I am not going to navigate your AI to get a simple answer to a simple question. Secondly, they were prompt in reviewing my need (dryer duct cleaning) and gave me a fair price for the work. Lastly, they did the job as they said they would and the tech was very nice and helpful to boot. I learned that they do plumbing as well and will be calling them for those needs in the future. Great communications throughout. Highly recommend this organization. Bravo!

What a positive experience! We returned from a trip to find the heat out and the house freezing cold, with snow in the upcoming forecast. The company was able to dispatch a technician very quickly and he was able to remedy the issue in short order. Vance was polite, professional, and proficient. Truly so thankful for Rapid Response for their extraordinary service and skills as we renovate an old house! Tyler in particular has gone above and beyond, and anytime in the future a plumbing need arises, we will always ask for him! Particularly during Winter Storm Fern, we had a true crisis involving a burst pipe, and Tyler arrived quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting us everything we needed.
