Terrible communication, missed appointments, didn't finish the job or provide bill of services, and failed to communicate with my insurance company. Then gives me a massive bill saying their done with three months of late fees when I never even was contacted that the job was completed or provided any recommendations for next steps after I was told they would help me find a contractor in the areas to repair the damage since I lived out of town. I even reached out to Grant asking for help understanding why communication stopped and help getting the repairs over to my insurance and I was told to contact my insurance and that was it. Terrible customer service, communication, and very expensive.
