I made an appt to have our standard broken bathroom faucet replaced and installed. The person on phone said the plumber would bring a standard faucet and would talk about other faucets for which he'd have to order and return. I said I definitely wanted just the standard. Day of appt plumber did not bring a standard faucet and talked about other ones, too. That "visit" cost $90 which I am not paying bc he only told us the same thing we'd heard by phone! I called Ranck and said we are not paying the $90. Then this week I recd an email (no response) and a phone call. I responded to email, saying what I stated here in my review, and told person on phone call I had sent an email. Received nasty response, finally agreed to credit my account, but will no longer service us. I know they have a good reputation but this really annoys me big time. We then bought our own standard faucet and had it installed by someone else.
