I was a previous customer with Ranck , however, it has been several years. It’s great to get back with them. All communication has been positive. Ben is very knowledgeable and nice to work with. He takes time to explain the situation and the work he recommends.
Please give our appreciation to Ryan Owens for providing Sunday emergency repair without complaint. He worked a long time and persistently to figure out a puzzling furnace situation. He tried multiple different interventions until finally finding a solution. We appreciated his professionalism and dedication.
I made an appt to have our standard broken bathroom faucet replaced and installed. The person on phone said the plumber would bring a standard faucet and would talk about other faucets for which he'd have to order and return. I said I definitely wanted just the standard. Day of appt plumber did not bring a standard faucet and talked about other ones, too. That "visit" cost $90 which I am not paying bc he only told us the same thing we'd heard by phone!
I called Ranck and said we are not paying the $90. Then this week I recd an email (no response) and a phone call. I responded to email, saying what I stated here in my review, and told person on phone call I had sent an email. Received nasty response, finally agreed to credit my account, but will no longer service us. I know they have a good reputation but this really annoys me big time. We then bought our own standard faucet and had it installed by someone else.
I just wanted you to know that we were exceptionally pleased with Nick's diagnosis and Ben's installation. Ben was very interactive letting us know what to expect every step of the way during the installation process. He did a superb job.
