RSC Heating & Air Conditioning

We have used RSC for a number of years. In 2018 they installed a new A/C system for us. Today we unfortunately needed a new furnace. But they were very accommodating to adjust their schedule to fit in our installation (no heat in February is not fun), professional with the installation and their prices are reasonable. They aren't the lowest price, but you get what you pay for in my opinion. We like the Carrier products they carry and they have financing options. Steve, Greg and Matthew worked together to make this unexpected need as easy as possible.

We called RSC when our furnace gave out on a chilly morning. They got someone out the same day and helped us to replace the furnace soon after. Steve, Danielle, Greg, and Matthew were all so kind and helpful in answering our questions and getting us on their schedule. Although we were bummed about replacing our furnace, they made it a very pleasant experience. We look forward to seeing them every six months for furnace/AC maintenance!

I cannot recommend this small family-owned business enough! We started using RSC several years ago after two separate close friends both highly-recommended them, and we can see why! They kept our old dual HVAC system working well until it finally reached the end of its 24-year life this summer. The owner Steve, who is quite experienced, knowledgeable and honest, went over all of our options. He let us know about a 5-year interest free loan through Carrier and even helped us get rebates. Another significant reason I so strongly endorse this company is Steve's hiring practices. Not only are all of his technicians VERY good at what they do, they are all the type of guys who I have zero qualms about being home alone with and I also don't think twice about being out of the house while they are here. Trust is SO important and RSC has definitely earned ours!
