Quality one on one service from the experts here! I had only a vague idea of what I wanted for my bathroom remodel but Bob had endless amounts of patience and took the time to share suggestions helping me find the perfect look. Big box stores could never compare to the personalized service given by Raleigh Tile!

Resourceful and knowledgeable for custom countertop requests and purchases. Be mindful that sometimes the vendors of the materials you want may misrepresent availability that even takes their sales people by surprise. Richard works very hard to make sure your project is a success here in southern WV! Our countertops look awesome! He even helped us find our new sink!

Was searching for a backordered tile due to an error by a different tile/builder. Robert not only took the time to actually check every place they ordered from for inventory. (Found small pieces in 4 different warehouses!) When we couldnt come up with enough to finish my project he proposed several very helpful solutions knowing that I wouldn't be able to order the new tile from him. This was seriously the best customer service I have ever received in the building/remodeling process. I will find a way to use them for any future tiling projects. Thank you!
