I despise the business so much that this is the first review I have ever written and I will try to summarize it as much as possible. Thursday 2/4/21 I purchased a machine from Anthony Lee. 2/8/21 I spoke with Anthony and tried to return the machine. At this point I had not received a receipt or return policy so I mentioned that to Anthony. He text me a screenshot off of some app that had very little info and then proceeded to tell me it was too late to return it. To his credit he did offer to help me with the program so that he could sell more vacuums. 2/9/21 I called Rainbow Customer Service and had to leave a voicemail that stated I wanted them to call me back about a return. This call was followed up by an email to customer service. 2/10/21 I called rainbow customer service again and I was led on a calling frenzy. After customer service I was directed to call 4 more phones. Then finally I got to where I needed to be and they were in a meeting so they stated that they would call me back after the meeting…yea that didn’t happen. 2/11/21 I called the number back and was told Anthony has his own business and he is not going to accept the return because it has been a week later. After that call Anthony emailed me a receipt… if that’s what you want to call it. I’ll attach what I was sent with my personal info redacted of course. Overall my experience was awful! This company’s business model I was presented with is one of the most unorganized and unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. This was a good learning experience that I will not make again.
This company is horrible!!! False advertising!! As the vacuum itself is okay, but it was most definitely overpriced, overhyped, etc!!! 1st they lied to me from the beginning! They told me it was a no return just so I wouldn’t return it!!! And when I called the finance company, and tried to reach out to someone to return it, ( because I smelled burning wiring while it was plugged up), they told me it was a 3 day return policy. So you telling me that if I’m not comfortable with this device in my home ( even outside of the fact that it’s over the 3 day warranty,in which I was originally told that it wasn’t any type of return policy in place), that I still have to pay $4,000 for something that I don’t want anymore because of the wiring, etc??? Outside of all that , they tell me that I could sell it on marketplace, if Im not comfortable with it. WTH??? Y’all should be a shamed of yourselves for going around lying and misleading people with this system!! I’m so upset right now I could cry!!! This isn’t right!! And trust me, I’m not gonna stop until something is done about this issue!!!
If I could give this company a negative 10 I would. They do a lot of false advertising. They do not tell all the information when it comes to their program and they are very discriminative. When i mention discriminative I mean as long as you spend money with them then you meet their standards and will let your showings count but if you don't spend money with them then they come up with reasons for your show not to qualify so that you are stuck doing more shows for them. They tell you after the fact of purchasing what the real qualifications are and even still change them to fit their best interest. They hype up the one fact that is consistently and continuously told to everyone during the demos that you have to do 12 shows and 2 people must purchase but never once mention anything else until its time for them to cut you a check about this and that doesn't qualify. Why should it matter if someone rents, owns, is single, married, or divorced especially if your still going to do the showing? If they were good enough to listen to your showing with these things being known to you because us as clients were honest with you up front then it should be stated ahead of the show that the showing would not count but because they don't like the product only then does their showing not count. Where the vacuum itself may be a nice investment; I do not recommend signing your name on anything and agreeing to doing any program with this company at all.
