MPS was recommended to me by a friend. Shawn and another young man(who is in training) came to my home within 24 hours of my son calling them. I had a major sewer blockage. My son and I couldn’t use any of the bathrooms(3) or kitchen sink. Shawn immediately knew what the problem was. He gave me a quote, I said ok when can you start. He replied “today, I just need to go get other equipment”. 15 minutes later the owner and another gentleman knocked on my door to assist Shawn. I had 2 men working on one of my bathrooms upstairs while Shawn was working on the bathroom downstairs. To my surprise everything was done in 1 hour and 32 minutes. Thank you guys so much!!! We are now forever customers due to the professionalism, timeliness, and honesty. The price I was quoted was the price I paid.

I cannot say enough about Shaun. He installed a water filtration system today. Instead of leaving the faucet lying down until I can get someone to cut my marble, he made a wooden holder for it! He also looked at 2 other things in our house. He was so kind and professional! I highly recommend! Thank you MPS
We've been dealing with Mississippi Plumbing Solutions ( Reid Plumbing) for the last 4-5 yrs. I will never use another plumbing service as long as they are around. The service provided today was covered under warranty. Professional and courteous from the bottom to the top.
