Excellent service and care of our furniture. Had been in storage for a year and the results were beyond what we had expected. The team was very friendly and took extra care and time to make sure we had the best results possible. We could not have had a better experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for upholstery or rug cleaning.

I messaged Eastern later one night to ask about treating a loveseat for mold and to have it generally cleaned. I was so impressed–first thing the next morning I got a message back from their extremely efficient and friendly scheduling person, Missy, getting all the details and setting up the appointment. They were able to see to it within a few days and the technician who came out, Ryan, was right on time, super friendly, clear with the process, and did an excellent job. I am generally so impressed with this business and will definitely use them in the future for all my carpet/upholstery needs. Well done and thanks!

I've had Eastern Carpet & Upolstery clean the carpets in my home for a couple of years now. Just recently I needed them to clean two carpets as our family pet is getting old and is prone to accidents. I called on a Thursday evening and they called me back the next morning for a Monday morning appointment! Very good customer service and excellent work by the cleaner. I highly recommend this company.

Completely satisfied. Convenient scheduling, friendly and professional — and great results. Tough stains that we thought couldn’t be removed were gone after the cleaning — the carpets look great. Pricing was affordable and it’s nice to work with a company that values customer service and quality services. Highly recommend.
