I can’t recommend this company enough!!! Our fireplace malfunctioned leaving two floors in our house full of soot. Chad and his team are such a blessing. He’s gone above and beyond. Cleaning each and every room from top to bottom… walls, windows, blinds, having all our bedding, etc. dry cleaned, even calling our security service to check all our fire detectors! Not to mention painting!! Things I would never consider. He’s turned our ordeal from being immensely stressful to relief. Jack, Tanya and Ricco……you’re amazing people and we appreciate everything you are doing for us. Great company doing great things for our community.

After using Rainbow Restoration after a leak in my home I am left with unnecessary holes in my sheetrock. I have attached the pictures, and also damages to my personal property. Rainbow Restoration has refused to repair the damage done by their team and pay for damages done to my personal property caused by their team during the mitigation process. It was also, discovered by an HVAC Company that my heat pump/furnace had been tampered with and could have caused some major issues. All photos listed are damage done by Rainbow Restoration during the mitigation process.

Our journey began New Year’s Eve 12/31/24, when we came into our kitchen with water pooled in our floor and pouring from our overhead light. Rainbow had Delbert here within a few hours to stop the leak and start the remediation and renovation project. Jess and I can’t say enough what great work this company provided, and how we were treated throughout the entire process. A huge thanks to Delbert, Daniel, and especially Frank….who all did exceptional work! If you are in need of a company and people who genuinely care about their customers; just save yourself some trouble, and call Rainbow. Lightning fast is not what you will get, but quality work completed the correct way…they fit the bill. Our Yorkie Charley loved Daniel and Frank!
