I would not recommend this place. The service was slow, communication was poor, and the staff seemed more interested in upselling than actually fixing the problem. I left with my phone in worse shape than when I brought it in, and they still charged me full price. It felt unprofessional from start to finish. Save your time and money—go somewhere else.
My old laptop hard drive failed and A2Z computers was able to quickly diagnose the problem, suggest a best path forward, and save and transfer all my data to a new laptop. The staff is nice and explains everything well. Their prices are fair and they don't pressure you to select a service if it isn't right for your situation or if the price doesn't fit your budget. They really helped me out and got me back online with all my data on a new device like my hard drive never failed in the first place. I can't thank them enough!
Owner seems great until he super inappropriate and verbally abusive. For asking him to stand by his own warranty.
I have used A2Z for years and I have had very good experiences with them. They are honest, get the work done rapidly, and try to help you figure out ways to repair your equipment. They have been very responsible during Covid about masks and so on. (None of that “mask beneath your nostrils” stuff you see everywhere) I highly recommend them..
