I had a very old & damaged phone (2020 SE). Broken screen, shattered home button (which I got around with assistive touch & just dealt with it), and then I got a nice dosage of water damage. Wouldn’t turn on or charge, it was heating up like it would explode when plugged into power. I was long overdue for a new phone but I was panicking that I wouldn’t be able to recover my data and transfer it over. They were able to fix everything except the damaged home button (which I expected anyway). Staff were very helpful and transparent about what they needed to do, and since I couldn’t be contacted via phone call, we were able to smoothly schedule times where I could drop by to see what my invoice would be & when I could expect to pick my phone up. Overall very kind and efficient! Thank you guys!!
