Guy on the phone was pretty condescending. My vacuums handle pops off and he said they don’t work on sharks cause they’re cheap and they need to do things the right way then chuckled. Rosiek’s vacuum did not turn me away and was much more friendly.

Very honest, knowledgeable and helpful. I thought my vacuum was broken. They took a look at it pushed a reset button and got it working and sent me on my way with no charge. I’ve been there several times and have been very satisfied every time.
