The people where are very nice, do not get me wrong in any way do I intend to attack anyone’s character. I brought a car in with an electrical issue. I was told it was solved, the moment I stepped into the vehicle. The battery was dead. All I was offered was a jump. The job I payed for was to fix whatever electrical issue was stopping my car from starting, and that’s it. I think nothing of it. Drive off, and when I need to drive to work. No start again. They show up and decide to give me a jump, and again didn’t address the dead battery. I was then told (the day after I payed for the service) my brake lights were bypassed which are required by law to work. My brand new battery charger won’t charge the battery now and they’ve left. I removed the terminals to try and charge the battery directly. Fully charged, and the car won’t start. A relay is buzzing now that never buzzed before. This means the wiring is faulty. The job was to fix the wiring. I was also told the hazards couldn’t turn off and proceeded to find the hazard switched on. I was also told fuses blew and they weren’t replaced. This job was half assed. I now am not having my calls answered, I was told items were replaced that indeed were not replaced. This place will take your money and think you’re dumb. In the last 48hrs that all my calls that have been missed and not returned, I have found the parts and way to fix it myself for cheaper than what they charged me. Never go here.
