Horrible Mechanics? Dropped off my truck they tried to sell me a part for 1200 dollars saying it was the cheapest I would find, I quickly found 1 for only 200 at advanced auto parts, then proceeded to wait a month and a half to get my vehicle back after multiple excuses for not yet having it finished. I went to pick up my truck after paying them for the 2 things they supposedly did fix. Just to find out , nothing had been fixed at all

I love Norton's! And you will love them too if you give them a chance! They always perform PHENOMENALLY every time I take my car to them, regardless of the work needed. Not only that, they get my car back to me QUICK. When they were taking my car apart, they found enough coins for a casino payout & made sure to give it all bk to me. They've SAVED me money by not charging me for things other mechanics would've charged me for. On top of that, they're just pleasant people who genuinely care. I'll never take my car to anyone else bc I found a mechanic I can truly trust to do the best job possible.

Brought my van back on Tuesday to get wheel bering installed AGAIN. Told me to bring it back Wednesday since they were busy and they would order the part. I bring it back Wednesday at 2pm as they were walking out the door to go home. They didn't think twice about my vehicle or me. They were going home! I'm never going back there as they screwed up my wheel bering after I had another real mechanic fix it. They showed me how Nortons Auto totally damaged it by torking it so tight that the wheel bering were squeaking. The pic shows how much damage was done to the bolt. Terrible. I've got a wheel bering with warranty which is now a paper weight. Embarrassing Norton. $704. Down the drain.
