Wonderful & quick service! Ryan was quick to get one of his guys, Marcel, sent out to help me with a back-up on a Sunday. I told him what was going on & that I had had problems before. I had been told I needed my pipes replaced, but I didn’t believe them since they wouldn’t let me see the video. I’m glad I listened to my gut and did not do that. Marcel ran a camera & couldn’t find the problem that I had been told I had. He showed me what he was seeing with the camera so I would have piece of mind. I really appreciated him taking the time to look at everything & explaining things to me so I would understand. I’m forever grateful & will be using PureFlo Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs from now on. Thank you Ryan & Marcel!
