My new Sunlighten infrared sauna needed an adjustment to my dedicated outlet. Nick expeditiously assigned Mike to my task the same day! Nick was professional, and Mike was professional, timely, and efficient. Done in less than 30mins and well priced. As a Nocatee resident, I have experienced skill trades overquote, overcharge, and try to upcharge. I had a new 240V outlet installed in my garage for EV charging. Nick contacted me quickly and was able to give me a quote over email/phone which I appreciated. Other companies required a visit to my house before quoting and when they showed up, they tried to upsell me on things I didn't need or want. Tenax's price was much more reasonable than the others as well. Mike was the installer and in addition to being nice and professional he was quick and clean. I would use them again in the future. Thank you!

Nick responded to our request for a quote the same morning and, after gathering a few details, was able to provide an accurate and reasonable estimate by email without requiring an in-person consult. The technician, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to ask thoughtful questions to make sure the outlet placement and light connection box would work perfectly for our needs.
