After installing five substantial water purification systems over the past 12 years, with each "upgraded" system from different companies failing to do what it was promised to do, I finally met Samuel. I knew immediately that I had found someone who would be competent and honest, representing a company that would have the same qualities. He was knowledgeable, straightforward and clearly understood what was required. After the successful installations, I cannot say enough good things about this company and their work ethic. What was supposed to be a fairly straightforward job in one area turned into something much more complicated when the waterline was not where it was expected to be. Instead of giving up and leaving to return another day, Marcus and Jason stuck with it late into the night and dug down nearly 6 feet before they located it. Even after an already long day working in different areas on my property, they had the determination and dedication to complete the job. This was a company effort with Dustin and Samuel involved as well, and it is rare to see this level of professionalism and commitment these days. I would absolutely recommend Pure Southern to anyone looking for a company that stands behind their excellent work and goes above and beyond for their customers.

We have had an amazing experience with this company and especially David. I am from a country that has some of the cleanest water in the world. I had asked David if I bought his system if he could get it to be the same as the stats in my country. Did I think he was going to be able to deliver that? No🤣 but to my surprise he kept every word. I’ve been holding off on this review until I had my water tested, but even before that I have noticed major changes in my hair and skin. My conditioner finally works , my hair doesn’t feel like straw. I don’t have to slab on 50 different skin care products anymore! Worth every single penny, not just for the system but the service! David even responded to my Karen attitude on days he was off haha. I feel bad because honestly I thought it was just another sales tactic so I was hard on them haha. Tim that installed our system was also super nice guy! Thank you so so much!

It’s nice to do business with a company that does what they say. The initial water testing appointment went well and we decided to make the purchase. Their installers showed up on time, completed installation within the timeframe that was given, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Shout out to installers Marcus and Chaz as they were very friendly and professional. I will be recommending this company to my family and friends.
