Alex identified a large hole in my duct work which allowed both heat and cold air to escape into attic. He explained the type of fix necessary to improve function of the air ducts and returned to complete the fix. Excellent service!

I had a great experience with Pure Air. My phone calls have been answered promptly, courteously, and professionally. The gentleman who came to do the service was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and why. I feel the company and its employees, those I interacted with, are very honest. That is something you don’t see a lot of in today’s world. Based on this experience, I would say Pure Air is high-quality and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
