I had terrible experience with their air duct cleaning service. They charged me double my original quote, didn’t complete the work, and failed to send me the inspection report with photos, as promised when I hired them. To tip the scale further, their customer service reps are rude and unhelpful. They keep telling me to “wait one more day and you will have the report.” A few weeks later and I still haven’t received my reports. I manage several rental properties and work with service providers regularly. This is company is one of the rudest, least customer-centric vendors I’ve ever worked with. It’s my fault for not vetting the more diligently. Hopefully I can prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did.
