I had terrible experience with their air duct cleaning service. They charged me double my original quote, didn’t complete the work, and failed to send me the inspection report with photos, as promised when I hired them. To tip the scale further, their customer service reps are rude and unhelpful. They keep telling me to “wait one more day and you will have the report.” A few weeks later and I still haven’t received my reports.
