Cowboy's Air Conditioning & Heating

Our AC went out overnight so my wife called first thing in the morning, and Tyler showed up within an hour. She said he made her feel extremely comfortable (which made me feel good since I was not present) and he was able to explain everything clearly and provided different options. We felt comfortable enough to get our coils replaced based on everything Tyler explained and he was confident that was the best route to go. Hernan and Victor then came to replace the coil and they treated everything with care. They put down mats to not get our floors dirty, and they even vacuumed after. They let us know when things were going to get noisy (we have a 2 month old who was napping and a dog who might have gotten startled). That was very thoughtful. They took the time to explain maintenance and care so I know how to maintain the new system. We really appreciate Tyler, Hernan, and Victor for going above and beyond and handling our issue in a quick manor, thank you all! We will continue to use Cowboy and refer anyone we know needing help with their AC/Heating system!

Kevin and Tyler were the technicians who installed the AC Unit and Air Handler in my home. They did an outstanding job together. They were very professional and knowledgeable as they did their work. The contractor who sold us our system, Franco, was more informative and honest than the other companies we received quotes for. He did not try to swindle us and worked really hard to meet our needs. He was as also really kind and pleasant to work with! The installation contractors worked quickly and efficiently and were respectful and trustworthy. I got an evaluation for improved heating and cooling … I did Not have a big enough mini split for this whole home as I had been told by a different provider… They suggested one more unit and they also put the one I had in a different part of the house… It is 100 times better and I’m hoping that all of this helps my electric bills… From the guy that came out and did my Evaluation(Forgot his name, sorry) To the two installation technicians John and Gunner.. I was very pleased…. John would have May come and look as he went through each step … And make sure I was happy ….were just a solid hard-working team and they got this job done in about six hours…. He even asked for my broom and cleaned up and swept my floors where he had done the work… They were All very polite and courteous, and I would recommend this company to anybody!!!
