Very courteous security guard who informed me that they only sell to the trade. I should have looked at reviews before I came. The review from 5 years ago would have warned me. You’d think in 5 years they’d update the ad to say “Trade Only”. Not sure if it’s bad on Google or the business establishment for not wording the ad properly. Either way it was a disappointing experience.

Great selection with a knowledgeable staff. You always get fast service. Great prices. Wholesale to the trade only. Best selection of perennials around.

I purchased an outdoor kitchen bbq cabinet and an outdoor fireplace from Guido at Prospero Nursery. Prospero is the regional distributor for the products made by Round Grove. Guido was always responsive to my questions and when we had an issue after installation (due to a miscommunication with the manufacturer) Guido came to my home to see the problem (I am in the Hamptons and he is in Westchester), and agreed to remedy the problem promptly, which he did. I cannot speak more highly of the level of customer service provided by Guido.

No consideration for drivers who come deliver the plants in bulk. Very disorganized inside and structures wise, just the setting itself inside doesn’t look very well maintained.(small things like this speaks volume to the service you can expect) Seems as though they are long overdue for a remodel. But of course makes sense, owner is probably retiring 5-10 years. What would he care right. Wouldn’t recommend any otr driver to deliver or pick up in this nursery you will just lose your whole day.(came in at 8am- left at 3pm) Reality is if they treat drivers like this and their facility like this with minimal upkeep, I could imagine how they...
