Paragon Chimney and Roofing of White Plains

I had a great experience with this roofing repair company. They were professional, showed up on time, and explained the problem clearly before starting the work. The repairs were done efficiently and the quality was excellent. My roof looks solid and secure again, and the pricing was fair for the work completed. Paragon did an awesome job on my chimney! I booked them to clean it, but they also pointed out some loose and crumbling bricks around the top that I honestly hadn’t even noticed. They explained everything that needed to be fixed in plain English and the repair work looks really solid. The crew showed up on time, actually a bit early, and worked quicker than I expected without cutting any corners. Sonny and Adam from Paragon came over to do our yearly roof maintenance check and honestly they were great. They were super friendly and explained everything in a way that made us feel comfortable and not worried at all. They took their time looking over the whole roof and it really felt like they cared about doing a good job instead of just rushing through it. Appreciate the service and for being on top of the repairs we needed done on our roof. Shingles(ppsqft was affordable btw) were installed swiftly. Didn’t mind the weather, they went to work every day on time and finished early.
