The service advisor was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and they really took the time to explain everything. They handled a full clutch job for me after my slave master cylinder failed, and the work was done right. I’m forever grateful for how well they treated me and my car. I don't have enough good to say. I am a difficult customer with an abnormal attachment to my car and a difficult car. Every member of staff was wonderful to deal with. They dealt with a complicated repair and difficult parts to get with absolute grace and in the most efficient way I could have asked. My warranty company is boarderline fraudulent and I actually heard them go into battle for me to get coverage. Every step of the way I was kept informed, they went above and beyond to help when rental car costs got out of control. Most importantly, my car was returned better than before I dropped it off. I live a hour and half away and my Mercedes will never go anywhere else wether it's an oil change or catastrophic problem. If you have a European car this is the place to trust.
