This review is based on sprinkler winterization cost. It is also a negative review based solely on customer service and price gouging. After agreeing to a $285.00 charge to winterize my system which has only SIX ZONES (my error for not comparing beforehand) ~ I was very disappointed to see how much the prices were marked up compared to standard rates elsewhere. It is definitely price gouging, and it is unacceptable. Other reputable businesses charge $110-$120 for TEN ZONES and under. Honest pricing is important and this business can do better. When brought to the owner, Hals’s attention, he refused to offer even a minor adjustment. Pacific Lawn, Emerald Lawn and ML Sprinklers all offer fair and customary prices for winterization of 10 zones or less. Good customer relations build a strong reputation and repeat business.
