DO NOT TAKE YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE! By far the worst customer experience I've ever had. Went in with a simple issue: I needed a new battery because my computer was a little slow and would lose the battery charge, even when the computer was turned off. It took me 2.5 weeks to get my computer fixed and that was with me calling up there the day after they were supposed to call me with an update (they gave me three different timelines). Every time that I called, the person who answered acted like he had forgotten about my computer. When I finally got my computer back, I went to turn it on and the screen went black and would not go onto the login screen. I took it back to get my computer fixed and see if they could salvage it, and it took another 1.5 weeks for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do. I asked for a refund since my computer was returned to me in a non-working condition and I asked to speak to the owner/manager over 5 times. I never got to talk to him/her. They were always "at lunch" or "not here" right now. I can honestly say this is the worst place you could possibly think to take your electronics. Go elsewhere or risk losing your computer and they'll charge you for it.

Never will I take my electronics anywhere else but here! I had a gosh awful experience through best buy and brought my lap top here and Josh looked at it, told me how much it was going to be and how long it would be gone for. It even got done a day early! Thank you a million times over for your polite hospitality. You've gained a forever customer, and I highly HIGHLY recommend bringing your devices here. Very professional, very decently priced, and overall good work time.
