Nothing short of a great experience with heritage. Everyone was lovely from the dispatching team (Cindy and Anthony) to the service team (Joe and Patrick). They were all very responsive and great to work with. Very attentive, very helpful and got the job done really quickly and everything was great. I had a fuse blow in my soft serve machine and then three days later had a transformer go out. Now I’m back in operation and turn around was fast. Customer service was amazing!

Horrible service horrible pricing, but what can you expect when they are the only "approved" vendor for commercial kitchen repairs for brands like Duke and Nu-Vu. For positives, quick turn around between estimate and scheduling for repair. Cost me over $2,000 between parts and labor to convert an oven/proofer. Invoice was wrong, showed no labor hours, missing a whole part, I had to pay at midnight via card (the only option they allow), the day of the work so I prepaid basically for something that was not yet done. They quoted 4 hours of labor and oh so conveniently that's what it took, after I already paid. Plus the fact they sent 2 staff members for this, yet one of them sat around for the last hour plus fielding calls for other issues that I had to pay for. Terrible company

Paid $575 before the service tech even left we had no option to dispute the $180 travel fee even though they are located less then 5 minutes drive from our Business. Couldn’t debate the $395 for labor that was to just diagnose the problem either. As a small business paying $575 to diagnosed a problem much less the $2400 they quoted us to fix the problem is completely outrageous, as a business owner I understand no one works for free but man it sure makes me rethink that I went into the wrong business for sure. Would give no stars if possible.
