Proctor Shoe Repair

I've been going to this shoe repair for about 3 years now. Shoes repair is a quality job that last! I use those shoes daily for work and I'm satisfied how long the sole last. I lost my ticket and was afraid it will be hard to find the shoes, but Henry found them in an hour. Always goes above and beyond. Can absolutely recommend.

Personal service and good quality work for a type of leather repair shop You can tell by the amount of work done or wait to be work on since there are so few of these kind of repair shops are disappearing in the Tacoma and Pierce County

The store owner took money for a vintage leather purse I asked him to repair (required payment up front) and then I never got my purse back. First he never called to say it was done so I repeatedly called but he didn’t call back. That was when I was lucky enough to be able to leave a voicemail (which is often full). I came to the shop multiple times (because he’s not always there even during his stated business hours) and asked him what happened and he said he remembered the purse but didn’t have it at his shop but it was in storage (???) and he’d go look for it and call me. Brought these guys in for some TLC. The owner took awesome care of my shoes, he was able to replace my sole. He had a lot of jobs ahead of mine which caused some delay, but the work he did was amazing. They look brand new! Thanks for all you do to make our shoes look great. 👞👞
