refused to fix two pairs of sneakers that couldve easily been fixed and just sold me glue instead. couldve been more nice also. went out of my way for pretty much nothing, save urselves the time going out there honestly

This business is a complete scam. I was severely overcharged for a simple shoe gluing repair something that costs a fraction of what I paid almost anywhere else. Despite the excessive charge, I chose to support a local small business in good faith. They kept my shoes for over a month and never completed the repair. No communication, no progress, nothing. After waiting far longer than reasonable, I had to ask for a refund. Even then, it took effort to get my money back for work that was never done. Overcharging, wasting customers’ time, and failing to deliver promised services is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place and... This business is a complete scam.
