Ardesson's Shoe Repair & New Shoes

This business is a complete scam. I was severely overcharged for a simple shoe gluing repair something that costs a fraction of what I paid almost anywhere else. Despite the excessive charge, I chose to support a local small business in good faith. They kept my shoes for over a month and never completed the repair. No communication, no progress, nothing. After waiting far longer than reasonable, I had to ask for a refund. Even then, it took effort to get my money back for work that was never done. Overcharging, wasting customers’ time, and failing to deliver promised services is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place and take their business elsewhere.
