One stop shop. Honest, extremely knowledgeable, and fair. I just found my go-to garage. These guys can take care of pretty much anything, and I am extremely confident they would never recommend “fixing” something that doesn’t need to be fixed. Highly recommend.
Called to inquire about some work earlier in the week and the convo went smooth and the person that answered the phone seemed insightful. Fast forward to a few days later I call back because I’m about to head over to get things checked out and the person I get this time(could be the same person) was very short with me and acted like he didn’t understand what I needed done or what I was saying. As I was talking and trying explain he just hung up the phone.
Thanks a lot for showing me your establishments true colors without me having to waste more time and spend hard earned money to find out. Good riddance. Hopefully your shop treats others way better than I was treated.
Amazing service and very transparent throughout the entire process. DJ went above and beyond with his customer service, clearly explaining everything and keeping me informed at every step. The shop worked with me to meet all my needs and honestly exceeded my expectations. DJ at the front desk made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.
My car was tow there for a diagnostic check the car remained for 4 days before I heard anything , I had to call them. I was told a diagnostic check would take probably an hour, but my car was there for 4 days. S550 Mercedes, 2011. I was told by the tech for 1 hour. The diagnostic check would be a $154. He couldn't find out what was wrong with it unless I paid an additional $600 for an advanced diagnostic check. I had my car removed from this company pro auto and take it to another company less than 1 hour. They told me what was wrong with my car. Just needed a starter. I Would like my money back from pro Auto. I spoke with DJ, the manager Today tuesday, January 13th he laugh in my face as we had a conversation over the phone. One thing I realized and I know for fact my car is running perfectly with no thanks to auto pro.You would think after having my car 4 days. He would have came up with a proper diagnostic results, but yet they wanted to charge me an additional $600. Being in business, you shouldn't worry about other people.Results and focused on how to please your customer.
Don’t be fooled by their slick comments and remarks attacking my character of not wanting to pay for the work that was supposedly performed on my vehicle, but no one would pay for something that was NOT done after specifically requesting to have a pressure test done to diagnosis where the coolant leak was coming from. They performed a test I never asked for 3 times! Claiming that took up the full hour, mind you that’s a 15 minute test. And every time I got a different answer of why it never got done. Any time I went in, I was always polite and respectful however when I know they are trying to take advantage of me financially I do become very stern when asking questions that don’t make sense to me. Further more, after paying $152 to diagnosis a coolant leak I was told it was a coolant hose but when I had another mechanic look at it, that part was dry and not leaking. Turns out it was coming from my thermostat. Won’t be going back and I hope you don’t make the mistake I did. Only reason I went back was bc it was close by.
