Prescott Valley Heating and Cooling LLC

After checking out several Heating and Cooling companies, we decided to go with Prescott Heating and Cooling in Prescott Valley, and we are so glad we did. Excellent response time, work ethics the way its suppose to be and very professional. We used them for a new hot water heater purchase and install also. Their pricing is fair and their work ethics are second to none in our book. The owner is doing it right, we now see why your company is a success. Good job, good service. My repairman was a little rough around the edges, but I was told he was a recent hire, so I was patient with him. He had to call a senior tech to perform one of my repairs, but they got it done well together. Also, they offer up to 3 months financing, which is very nice. My repairman must not have dealt with it before though because he accidentally charged the full amount, but the office fixed it immediately and painlessly. Good people.

The gentlemen who answered phone was very nice and helpful. The sales rep showed up to look at our ac unit and let us know what was wrong and went through his suggestions and prices. We did not qualify for complete financing and I wanted to get other opinions as it is a huge purchase. I had 3 other companies come out all of which said the same thing as rep from here. They seem to have gone out of business; at least I can't find them online or reach them by phone (8/29/2023). When I called to make an appointment, Jessica was very nice and professional, made an appointment quickly and for a convenient time in the near future. Clayton sent a notice he would be arriving shortly, arrived on time, showed concern for keeping pets safe, and went about his work quietly and competently, cleaning up as he worked. When finished, he reported his findings, took payment, and left me feeling confident and satisfied with the work. We purchased a new furnace and air conditioning unit, and were extremely impressed with everyone we worked with, beginning with Bill in Sales, then with Anthony and Joseph in Installation. Wade came out on Saturday morning after the installation when we discovered that the pilot light on the water heater went out during the installation. Everyone is so pleasant and accommodating. Excellent service all the way around! Highly recommend PVHAC Services.
