Prendergast Construction is in a class of their own. We have used Bob and team many times over the years. Bob, Katie, Carolyn, Becky and all of the staff are the consummate professionals in their business. All decisions and recommendations are well thought out and professionally presented. Product and work is done on time and on budget with every detail finished to exact specifications. We could not give Prendergast a higher review. Well done!!!!

Prendergast combined an existing bathroom and closet to make a beautiful master bath and created a new walk-in closet in a section of my very large bedroom. They also built out a new full bathroom using an existing powder room and part of a large office space. The rest of the office was made into a very nice laundry room. They designed all the spaces, printed blueprints showing fixture locations and electrical outlets and switched. Their painter did a beautiful job. All the workers were courteous, answered my questions, showed up on time and cleaned up everyday. Katie helped me pick out all flooring, tile, countertops, fixtures and cabinets. All this was a big job and I am very happy with my new spaces. I have subsequently use Prendergast for other small jobs.

They did an absolutely amazing job with our bathroom remodel. They were able to take our basic concept, designed and recommended options for us, and clearly laid out the costs and timeline for the project. Every step of the process was very professionally done. The crews used throughout were always courteous and polite and did an absolutely wonderful job with everything! At the end of each day, everything was cleaned up well. We were always kept updated of all the steps in the project and all the progress made each day. We can't wait to use them again on our next remodeling project!
